Five mins from the underground and lots of amenities on the doorstep (swimming pool and gym, coffee shops, good organic shop, pubs, live music venue, restaurants etc.). The flat is situated directly between the west end (UofG and Kelvingrove Park ten mins) and the city (GSA ten mins).

The room/flat is very peaceful. Small private front garden with a bench and Japanese Maples.

Your room has a double bed and mattress, bedside table, desk and chair and bedside and desk lamps. Comfortable arm chair. Plenty of storage space in the room. Your room faces the back garden.

The flat has new gas central heating and new double glazing. Superfast reliable broadband. Washing machine but no dryer - I dry my clothes on a hanger, I take big items to the launderette which is two mins away. Wooden flooring. Ground floor.

If you need parking. On the street, with a permit. The car must be owned by you and registered at this address. The rules change from time to time, so please check with the Glasgow district council. Many empty spaces.

Clean new bathroom with good shower.

Small but well-equipped kitchen. (Rice cooker, coffee grinder and Balmuda toaster - look that up if unfamiliar).

Cleaning 1 x monthly, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and laundry gels are all included.
