Lovely quiet double room in amazing location

Hi!

I am looking for a new flatmate since my current one just moved abroad to be with her family. The room is available from the 18 September.

It is a lovely big double room with a large window, facing the back garden, with natural light and very quiet. It is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, bed side table, and a desk.

The flat comprises a large living room, bathroom, and a kitchen with loads of sunlight and beautiful sunsets as it is on a third floor. The flat has all the necessary amenities (fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kitchen supplies, everything you need). This West End flat is just two minutes walk from Byres road, Hillhead tube station, and the Botanic Gardens. It is in a residential road and very close to all the bustling of the west end.

I am a female researcher in my mid thirties. I am sociable but also enjoy quiet time, and work 9-6pm. I enjoy pilates, yoga, hill walking, sometimes cooking. The flat would suit someone who is chilled out and enjoys a relaxing atmosphere, and who is happy to keep the flat clean and tidy too :-)

I have preference for a professional due to the council tax bill, but would be happy to share with a student, just note you would share the council tax, already included below. I am also looking for someone who is careful and mindful of covid safety. Also happy with short term lets, please ask.

Rent and bills come to a total of £600 (gas, electricity, internet speed 50Mb, Council Tax band E). Please note, that in the winter, gas and electricity bills are higher and we often need to do a couple of one off payments on top if we use more. Deposit is £600 and one months rent in advance.
