I have a room available from mid January as my current flatmate is having to move out sadly. I love this flat so much and would hate to have to move out so I'm looking to find someone friendly, easy going and sociable to move in.
The room available is a big double room with fitted wardrobes and it has patio doors out onto the back terrace. I have an en suite in my room so the bathroom would essentially be yours :) there's a lovely front terrace too looking out onto the river!
There is secure underground parking with a parking space available.
The flat is in a great location for both city centre and west end located right beside the expressway.
Bills are £170 each a month. It's fully furnished and comes with all the mod cons you might need!
As for me.... I'm a 26 year old young professional. I work long hours but still love socialising etc. I think I'm a well trained and easy going flat mate so I'm looking for similar!
