Double room in very nice flat in Shakespeare St. Would suit one other student to share with another older undergrad student. Room nicely furnished with double bed, desk, bookcase etc.

Due to lack of a shared living room it probably suits someone more interested in somewhere quiet rather than a party flat. There will be a small table and chairs in the hall suitable for dining.

Due to the location - it is ideal for Glasgow Uni, but also very handy for a major bus route into GSA/Strathclyde/Caledonian.

This location is just beside the cycle route that connects the main University campus with the Garscube campus (Vet Science, Beatson Inst and the main sports facilities)

The flat has a new cooker, washing machine, microwave, gas safety cert, electrical safety cert.

It has a modern efficient gas central heating system - we'd expect < 100 monthly per flatmate for the combined gas/electricity over the year - though it depends on usage of course.

The bathroom is modern and features a very good electric shower.

Due to the council tax (band B) - it would not be good value for someone who isn't a student (you'd end up paying another around 100 pounds per month for the council tax - 75% of Band B).
