As I am a student, the flat is currently council tax exempt, therefore future flatmates would ideally also be students. If you are in employment and are interested in the flat, you must be willing to pay the full sum of council tax that the flat becomes liable to.
The flat is council tax band 'F' which I believe sums to £2030 per year.
