I have a spacious and furnished double room available to rent in Hyndland, West End from Aug 13th for 12 months. Flat has a large living room/dining room area, good sized kitchen and a bathroom. Plenty of storage space throughout. Flat is 5 min walk from Hyndland train station, 15 min walk to Partick subway and has residential parking outside of flat as well as front and rear garden access. 10 min walk to Sainsburys, M&S, Argos etc.
Looking for a professional only due to council tax and preferably a female. I'm pretty laid back, enjoy going out for food and drinks, watching movies/TV, gym, road trips, going to gigs, reading, listening to podcasts and gaming. It's not a party flat as we live in a very quiet building but having friends/family round is grand.
I'm looking for an easy going flatmate who is LGBT friendly, likes a clean flat, happy to socialise in evenings, reliable and enjoys a glass of wine and a chat after a busy day.
Rent is £300pm, deposit is £350, bills come to around £65 for unlimited broadband, phone line, TV, and electricity, council tax is band D so is approx £75 each pm, so in total it is approx £440 each per month.
