Looking for a flat mate to take on the tenancy from my current flat mate when she moves out. The room has a double bed, large mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers ect.
The flat is on the top floor and is very bright and spacious. Bills are not included, please get in touch if you would like more information on this.
I work shifts so I'm not around that many evening and weekends but hoping for someone that would be easy to socialise with on my nights off.
The area is great for transport and amenities with regular buses just outside the door and 5minutes walk from the subway. The street has several shops and cafes.
The flat would require signing a tenancy with the letting agency and a deposit payment at this point. Must be in permanent employment.
