Hi there,

My current flatmate of the past 2 and a bit years is taking the next step in life and moving on to buy his own place. This not only leaves a hole in my life but also a spare room in the beautiful Town house located in Finnieston, West End. For those interested in your architectural history you will potentially be living in listed building, which is a converted army barracks...

Tantrum Doughnuts is just around the corner and subway stations are within walking distance. There is also a very handy bus route round another corner for traveling into town.

The large double room comes furnished with built-in wardrobe space and a Velux window, complete with blackout blind; perfect for those weekend hangovers!

The flat is furnished with broadband, washing machine, oven, hob, super comfy couches and gas central heating.

I'm looking for a sociable, easy going person to share with. Unfortunately no students and the new flatmate must be a working professional to comply with landlord's credit checks. Bills on top of rent are approximately £160-ish each.
