Double room to rent in spacious West End flat

Hi,

I have a spacious double room available as of the 1st of January in a lovely West End 2nd floor tenement flat. 2 Bedrooms, separate Living room, separate kitchen and 1 bathroom.

The location is great, 5 minutes walk to Partick and Kelvinhall Subways and 10 minutes to the middle of Byres road. There are loads of supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance too.

Just looking for someone sound to live with. Preferably a professional but a mature student will of course be considered. Must be clean, easy going and considerate. I work 9-5 myself - my hardcore party days are (mostly) behind me and I try to keep a healthy lifestyle - so ideally I'm looking for someone similar.

The room itself is bright and spacious with wooden floors. It is furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bookshelf. The previous occupier was a super clean guy who is moving to pastures new - however the room is suitable for either a male or female.
