My name's Daniel - I'm a friendly media director and producer based in Govan, Glasgow and I am currently looking for a creative professional flatmate!

The room is a furnished double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and part of a 1st floor flat overlooking the Clyde River. The flat has a bright, open living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living room and plenty of workspaces, a walled residential parking area, plus a lovely riverside walk next to the building with plenty of trees and greenery.

Additionally, there is a utility room with a washing machine, plus an entire additional storage room. The flat is also a short walk away from two subway stations. A bus station is also available just outside the main gate of the building.

The flat would best suit anyone working in film or television, as it's situated right next to both the BBC building at Pacific Quay and Film City.

The rent is £375pcm but does not include bills and council tax. The extra bills come to approximately £130, including council tax. Ideally, I would be looking for someone to move in at the beginning of June.
