Single bedroom for rent, 3 minutes walk from Cessnock & Ibrox subway station and a bus stop at the end of the street along Paisley Road West, taking 5/10 mins to get to the city centre.
The room comes with a single bed, a wardrobe, two chest of drawers (a big one and a small one). The flat is very spacious and neat with a nice garden in the backyard. We have a huge living room with most comfortable couch on earth :)
All the tenants in the apartment are very friendly & there is street parking outside the flat. Occasionally it can be busy when there is a football match at Ibrox stadium otherwise there was never a problem for the parking.

I work in hospitality. I love to socialise, learn about your culture, and also respect your privacy. I am a vegetarian but sometimes I eat egg if I find authentic organic eggs. I cook tasty Indian cuisines & love to share the dishes with my flatmate. You are free to cook what you want. I prefer to clean the cooking area right after I cook, so it’s clean for the other person to use.
I like to do gardening once in a while and actually grow mint, spring onion, & tomatoes on the kitchen window. I like organic stuff and eat healthy.

Students or working professionals are welcome. If you are into any form of arts, that would be awesome. The rent is 288, internet is 15, and bills were around £20 to £30 before the hike, now it’s around £60 for electricity/gas per month per person. Overall, it’s around £360 p/m. Deposit; the rent is paid 1 month in advance.
