Double Bedroom Available

So the time has come for one of our housemates to move out! We therefore have one room available in a 3 bedroom house. The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed with memory foam mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a side table. Rent is £400 per month and includes all bills (electricity, gas, council tax, now TV, internet). The house itself has lots of storage including a converted loft and under stairs storage. Huge back garden with decking which is great in the summer to chill in, double driveway and a good sized living room with the comfiest L shaped sofa ever and another double so plenty of space for everyone to hang/chill!

Your new housemates will be myself and Rebecca. I'm currently a trainee solicitor. Rebecca works in the charity sector. We are happy for a housemate to move in that either wants to hang with us or someone who prefers their own time/space.
