Hi. I am looking for a responsible adult to share a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom modern detached house in a private development. We would each have our own bedroom and own bathroom (no sharing). The house is perfectly situated close to the Raith Interchange with excellent road links to the M8 and M74 and ideally suited to someone with their own vehicle as transport. There is a bus stop 10 minutes walk away with frequent service to Hamilton town center. Trains from Hamilton or Blantyre take roughly 20 minutes to Glasgow City Centre.
The house has an enclosed garden, off road parking in the driveway for two cars. There is a shared living room, dining room/kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooker, washing machine and fridge. It's been completely redecorated in the last 18 months and offers a quiet, relaxing home in luxury.
