I’m a laid back guy, I keep a very clean and tidy flat. I expect the same, I work from home Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm. Room has a double bed, side table, large desk and built in wardrobe. You can share my living room if you want and broadband included with the rent as well as all bills. Buy your own food I have a large fridge plenty of room to share. The view from my home is amazing.
