Living Room

My current flatmate has moved out and I am looking for someone to take his room.

Flat:
1st floor flat with a secure-entry system on the main building door, has a storm door and inner entrance door opening to an entry hall giving access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Incredibly high ceilings throughout the flat give the rooms a very spacious quality.
The Living Room has two large comfy couches with high windows that let a lot of light into the room. The modern kitchen has a washing machine, fridge-freezer and oven/extractor fan.
There is a shared bathroom with a shower fixture over the bath and two utility cupboards
We also have pretty good broadband and there is a communal garden area at the rear of the building.

Room:
The north facing room includes double bed, a wardrobe and dressers with a large window facing out to the street, bringing plenty of light to the room.

Location:
Mount Florida is a nice, pretty quiet neighbourhood. The main road is just round the corner and there is an abundance of pubs shops and other amenities. (Great 24-hour shop nearby)
The flat is also ideal for commuting as it is right next to the station (literally turn the corner and walk like 30 metres and you're there)
The train usually takes less than 10 mins travelling into Glasgow Central and they run generally every 10-15 mins. There are also plenty of bus routes to/from town.
Also, the flat is 5 minutes up the road from Hampden Park, which is handy if you like going to sporting events or gigs.

Costs:
Rent is £325 a month and council tax + bills/amenities etc generally add up to around £150ish
All in all usually it's around £475 odd pcm each though this can vary depending on gas/electricity usage etc.
