Hiya, I'm a professional woman with a spare room that's looking for a someone to come and stay to save up some money for holidays. I have quite a busy lifestyle and enjoy my space but have a lovely flat and would be happy to share it with a conscientious flat mate who appreciates having a nice home.
I have everything you need to be comfortable in the room, with a single day bed that extends to a kingsize (super comfy and up to you if you want it as a single or a kingsize) and a good sized kitchen for anyone who likes to cook.
The rent also includes having a lovely cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
When I'm home I'm mostly reading or watching films/tv and just like to chill as I have a busy job. Good pubs nearby and enjoy a quiet drink now and again through the week.
Happy to negotiate shorter lets, mon-fri for £100 per week including bills, along with longer term lets including the weekends.
