Double Room in Mount Florida

Hi!

I have a large furnished double bedroom for rent in my 2 bedroom traditional tenement flat in the Southside of Glasgow.

The room is available from 20th November, however, this can be pushed forward if necessary.

Ideally I'm looking for someone in their 20's like myself, who's in full time employment, easy going and a bit of craic.

The rent is £425 per month and includes council tax, gas, electricity, BT TV and BT broadband (Speeds about 15 mbps).

A bit about it the flat initially:

- Doubled glazed windows throughout
- Gas central heating with brand new boiler
- One bathroom with bath/shower combo
- Living room kitted out with modern furniture, 42" HD TV, playstation
- Free street parking (no permit required)

The room itself:
- Large room
- Large cupboards
- Double bed with mattress
- Bedside table and chest of drawers

In terms of local amenities, the flat is a couple of minutes walk to Battlefield for shops, takeaways and bars and less than 10min walk to Langside and Mount Florida train stations.

I'll be a live in landlord I guess so a bit about myself. I'm 25. Work in Glasgow as a structural engineer. I play Gaelic football and the odd 5 a side games. I'd watch pretty much any sport going. Enjoy going out and meeting up with friends for drinks, cinema, gigs, matches etc.

The rooms become available because my current roommate has been offered a job down in London.
