Two bedrooms in a shared house available for rent in a 3 bedroom house in Newton Mearns, Glasgow. There is a live in landlord who is a professional female without pets who works long hours.

This is a fully furnished house with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, air fryer and other amenities provided. The pictures in the advert are from when I bought this place.

There is a living room, kitchen, garden with a large shed, one large upstairs bathroom which is shared and another private downstairs toilet in the house. There is private off street parking for residents, central heating and double glazed windows.

This is a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Very close to the Mearns primary school.

There are two rooms available. Either one room can be taken by a single person/couple OR both rooms can be taken by people from the same household. The two rooms will not be let to two people/couples who are not from the same household. No more than 3 people from a household please.

Short term lets and pets welcome - deposit and rent needs to be re-adjusted based on further discussion in those cases.
