We have a spare room available for our flat in the heart of the west end. 2 mins walking from Kelvin Hall subway station and less than 10 mins walk to Partick Subway.

Every morning there is a market across the road for fresh fruit and other supplies. There is also a Tesco below the flat and there is a Large Morrissons, Lidl, Aldi, Saisburys and M&S all within 15 minutes walk of the flat.

Adjacent to the University of Glasgow and 40 mins walk into the city center (buses and subway also available to travel into the city).

Load of great cafes and bars all around the area

Overall lovely and warm double bedroom which is finished with a bed (with under bed storage), built in double wardrobe, desk, side table with a lamp, TV and TV stand.

Shared bathroom with bath, electric shower, toilet and sink.

Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Living room / kitchen dining is with a nice open plan area.

Things to note - TV is currently only for Netflix (no TV licence)
