Hi there, as my current flatmate is moving out, I'm looking for someone to take his place. Due to council tax reasons, I'm looking for students only. Unfortunately no short term rents, the minimum lease is 6 months.
The flat is located 20 minutes walk from Glasgow Uni, close to the Partick subway and train station. There are also several shops nearby. (Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsbury's etc.)
In the flat there is a spacious shared living room too.
Bills are usually around £50 a month, but during the summer months this could be less.
I'm a 22 years old undergrad History/Politics student. I'm tidy, friendly, and looking for someone similar.
