I am looking for a new flatmate to take over a furnished double bedroom in a conveniently placed central Partick flat.
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with a bathroom with bathtub, a smaller but fully kitted out kitchen and a nicely sized living room. It is located just across the street from Partick train, bus and subway stations and close to all high street shops.
You will be sharing the flat with me, a 25 year old professional female. Because of council tax issues a flatmate who is also working would be preferred. I am generally a calmer but sociable flatmate who does not drink nor smoke. A deposit of one month's rent (£350) will be required. The room will be available on August 4th.
