Student seeks new flatmate for 2 bedroom flat

I am student in my second year at Glasgow University looking for a new long term flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out. 12th Floor apartment at Glasgow Harbour with a balcony overlooking the Clyde. Rent is 388 GBP/month and bills are roughly 60 GBP per month (electricity and wifi). You will have your own bathroom (not ensuite but just opposite the room).

For council tax purposes it would be easier to share with another student.
10 minute walk to Partick Station/subway.
25 minute walk to west end/Glasgow university.

I am a student and part time bar tender, looking for a sociable new flat mate. Although I might be fairly busy, I enjoy cooking at home, chatting, watching movies and exercising. This is my second my degree and am very familiar with the Glasgow and west end area which might be helpful for people new to Glasgow.
