My flatmate is sadly moving out so I’m looking for somebody to take over her room and take over the lease for the flat.
The room is a spacious, bright double room at the front of the flat, with 2 huge windows. There’s a ton of storage with a set of draws and 2 wardrobes. There is a big living room with a dining table, sofa and a TV and we also have table and chairs outside the back of the flat for when the weathers nice!
The flat is a 3 minute walk to Partick station/underground where there is a huge Morrisons, and the Lidl is not too far away either.
Byres road is also only a 10 minute walk away, and there are plenty of pubs in between (some better than others). Getting into town only takes 10 mins by subway/train or about a 40 minute walk if you fancy!
Looking for someone relatively tidy, and easy going to share the flat with who doesn’t mind a chat every now and then.
A bit about me- I’m a 22 year old from Essex and I've just graduated from GSA and have decided to stay living in Glasgow and currently work in retail. Im always happy to hang out or grab a drink if you'd like!
Bills come to about £130 per person, so the total cost of the room comes in at about £515 per month
