We are looking for someone to occupy one bedroom in our three person flat in Partick over the summer (end of May to end of August). The flat is in a great location, being only a 10 minute walk away from Partick train station and subway, two large supermarkets, and Glasgow Uni.
The room has a double-bed, 2 sets of drawers, wardrobe, desk, shoe rack, and wall-mirror. There is also a shared kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The kitchen is spacious and has a gas hob and a ceiling drying rack. As for bills - the Wi-Fi, gas and electric are all quite cheap (~£35 per month in total).
Both of us are students intending to work in Glasgow over the summer and keep the flat reasonably clean. The area is great - our neighbours seem nice and we have no noise issues.
