Room Available in Gorgeous Partick Flat

Living Room

Hi! My name is George, I'm looking for a flatmate to move into a room in my flat in Partick.

The flat is in a perfect location for access to Glasgow Uni, but also a 10 minute walk from Byers Road, and 5 minute walk to Kelvinhall subway and Partick train station.

The flat is a 2 bed, 1 bathroom, first floor flat in a period building, with huge bay windows. It has a shared living room / dining room and kitchen, and is rented from a private (lovely) landlord.

I'm a 22 year old Graphic Designer who works in Kelvinbridge, but is currently working from home, probably for the next month or so. I moved to Glasgow about 10 months ago after graduating from Edinburgh Uni. I love art and design, and am (usually) pretty social, love spending time with people and meeting pals.

I'm preferably looking for someone around my age, a young professional or a Masters student would be ideal. It's a smaller flat, so someone I get along with and can be pals with would be great!

Council tax, wifi and utilities come to £116 a month.
