The tenancy includes a spacious double room with ample storage and a deluxe private ensuite, as well as a great view! The shared kitchen is massive and also boasts ample storage. The building itself includes a study area, gym, games room, cinema room, rooftop terrace and garden area.
Its in a great location, less than 5 minutes away from the Partick interchange which includes a bus station, train station and subway station all in one! Additionally, a large Lidl and Morrisons are also within a 5 minute walk. It's ~20 minutes to the uni if you walk, or ~10 or less via subway. It's also super close to many lovely bakeries like big bear and café shops like songbird coffee and by chance.
All bills and wifi are included in the rent, and the accommodation frequently hosts free events like matcha making workshops, bakery mornings with free pastries and more!
