Hello, I’m moving in with my partner and looking for someone to replace me in my current flat.
Unfortunately my current flatmate won’t end our joint tenancy, so I’m having to sublet my room.
The other tenant is a female dentist (27) who’s moving to Ireland in the next few months. So this may be a short term tenancy only, unless the landlord accepts your application & you’ll need to find another tenant at some point ( rent for flat is £1350 total).
It’s a 2 bed flat in Glasgow harbour terraces. The double room has an ensuite, balcony on both sides of the flat, (huge) separate living room / kitchen, utility room, lift and underground parking space.
It’s 5-10 minutes walk to Partick station / Morrisons / Lidl.
TOTAL =£900 a month ( rent £675 + council tax £175 + heating / electric £50).
WiFi - not set up.
