My current housemate is moving out end of August so her room will be available to rent beginning of September. It is a 12th floor apartment at Glasgow Harbour, with a balcony overlooking the Clyde. Rent is £385/month without bills. Bills are roughly £40/month (electricity & wifi). You will have your own bathroom (it's not en suite, it's just opposite the room).
I’m a PhD student at the University of Glasgow in my final year. For council tax purposes it would be easier to share with another student (postgraduate preferred). Happy to share with someone who's working but you would have to pay council tax by yourself (only a 25% reduction when living with a student).
