Room in a modern flat next to Partick station

The living room

This is an ensuite room in a modern ground floor flat in Partick. The room comes with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is a large built in wardrobe for storage. The ensuite contains a toilet and cubicle shower.

The flat has a shared living room, and kitchen/dining room, all fully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates cutlery etc. There is fibre optic BT internet included.

Although the flat is on the ground floor, acess is very secure and the floor is raised above the street outside. The room for rent overlooks a private car park at the back so is very quiet. There is space in the private car park for parking a car.

The flat is right next to Partick station where there are plenty of trains into town, and also the subway and bus station. There are a Lidl and a Morrisons within a couple of minutes walk, and Byres road is only 5 minutes away.

I am a 25 year old professional, I enjoy cooking, watching Netflix, going for walks or going for a pint. I'm friendly and always more than happy to chat.

I am looking for a flatmate who is fairly easy going, and knows how to clean up after themselves. I'm ideally looking for someone I can get on with, although I also enjoy my own space too.
