Double room in amazing Partick location

Hi! I have a double room for rent in my two bedroom flat in a fantastic location in Partick. The flat is about one minute from Kelvinhall subway, five to Partick subway/train station. There are bus stops just round the corner and it's five minutes or so from Byres Road. This is before you even get to the huge selection of bars, coffee shops, farmers market etc on your doorstep...

The room for rent is a good-sized double and is freshly redecorated with brand new carpet and furniture throughout. It comes furnished with a bed/mattress, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table, chest of drawers and bookcase. Although it's a great location, the bedrooms are at the back so very little noise.

You would be sharing the rest of the flat (living room, kitchen and one bathroom - kitchen and bathroom are both brand new, just replaced in the last few months) with myself. I'm Sarah, 30 years old, working in a professional job Monday to Friday.

Outside of work I'm into food, music, fitness, travel and the usual general socialising. I like to have people over occasionally but it definitely isn't a party flat - looking for someone similar who is reasonably tidy and respectful. Someone who doesn't want to be in each other's face all the time but is happy to share the occasional drink/meal/Netflix session would be ideal!

The rent stated includes bills (council tax, gas/electricity, broadband and Netflix/Amazon TV). It also includes a cleaner once a week!

I should add that there is also a resident cat. She can be a bit of an acquired taste so if you hate cats, this is probably not the place for you.
