Large double room to rent in Southside

Hi guys! a cosy double bedroom for rent in the beautiful Southside.

My current flatmate is moving out and she will be leaving at the end of May.

The flat is 2 bedrooms with double glazing, fully equipped kitchen and central heating. There is a washing machine, full size fridge and a small patio that leads from the kitchen.

The cozy living room and modern bathroom are shared.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp and it also comes with a chest of drawers.

There is plenty of street parking outside aswell, if you have a car.

The rent is £325 per month. The bills come in at £100 for all, so £425 all in. This includes Gas and Electric, Sky/Broadband and TV Licensing.

I am a student so I am exempt from council tax and would prefer another student for the same purposes, however, professionals are considered & you will get a discount on your council tax, which is a bonus!

The flat is perfectly situated for a easy commute into town (train is 5 min walk and takes 10 minutes to glasgow central, bus route right outside flat and takes approx 20 mins into town). The flat is also a 10 min walk from the bustling Shawlands which is packed with great bars, restaurants and shops. Both Lidl and Morrisons are also within walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with myself and my cat Gizmo:). He is a friendly, fully house-trained indoor cat that usually keeps to himself/my bedroom. He is always up for extra snuggles though😚. I’m a laidback relaxed person who is happy to share meals (post-covid) and binge some tv/movies but also happy to respect privacy.

I am going to be studying in September for my last year. I am also working so I will not be around the house all of the time.
