Room in flat for rent in Newlands

Hi! I'm Iona and I'm 27 years old. I am a support worker for the homeless and I bought my flat in November 2020. I’m originally from Perthshire :)

The flat is two double bedrooms with one bathroom, kitchen and living room. I also have a balcony and large front garden. There's also a shared back garden with a clothes line. I have double glazed windows and the bedroom is furnished. My neighbours are friendly and the neighbourhood is generally quiet.

To describe myself as a flatmate I'd say I was tidy and clean. I love nature, eating out, meeting new people, and being active. I also practice meditation and yoga. I don't tend to have parties at my flat and I drink very little alcohol. I WFH around 2 days a week. In the evenings I'm either chilling out watching TV, at the gym or cleaning (lol).

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, considerate and helpful first and foremost. Even better would be someone who's into gardening as I have a huge garden so would looove the help! I would like someone who doesn't have people over all the time, who's chilled and Zen like me and someone who's friendly and likes to meet new people.

I'm about a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop on Kilmarnock road and about 10 minute walk from Pollokshaws East train station. I live 5 minutes away from Newlands Park.

£500 is the rent and bills included. Bills include: WiFi, gas and electric, home insurance, and council tax.

Looking for someone to move in around mid June but it's flexible
