Double room available for short term sublet

Large room available in the Eastwood area of Glasgow south for a short term sublet, 15 minute walk from Pollok Park, 15 minute cycle/10 minute bus from Shawlands, 15 minute cycle from Rouken Glen. Thornliebank train station is about 5 minutes walk away and Pollokshaws West is 15 minutes or so by foot. My flatmate is off travelling for 3 months so the room is available for a couple of months sublet, ideal for erasmus students.
The flat is perfect if you love parks and the outdoors as its so close to two huge parks (Pollok and Rouken Glen). There’s a wee shaded balcony where I’m trying to keep a couple plants alive and quite a few plants inside. I’m studying Horticulture (hence the plants) and will be out a few days a week commuting to Edinburgh for the course. If you’re bringing any plants the bedroom windowsills get lots of sun so they’re ideal for even a small tomato crop..
I’m 28 and not much of a party animal. I keep the flat fairly clean and tidy and have travelled about a fair bit so got in the habit of tidying up after myself as I go. Ideally, I’d be looking for an open minded flatmate who’s conscientious, ie. take the bins out from time to time and don’t bring back random parties at 2am. Tend to keep to myself but might host the odd games night or go for a game of pool. I’ll play the acoustic in my room here and there, fellow musicians are more than welcome. If you have a car there’s parking on the street in front of the flat and bike storage.
Rent is £350 plus bills, which with gas etc and council tax has so far come to about about £460 maximum (although if you’re also a student then this would be lower). So far I’ve just split reduced council tax with my flatmate. The room comes unfurnished but has a large wardrobe and storage space built in. We’d also be sharing the use of a spare room and there’s extra storage for larger items available. For couples we'd split the bills between the three of us.
