The living room has a warm and cosy vibe...it's a bright, spacious room with nice big windows and a high ceiling.
The open plan kitchen/dining room is a great size and really bright, fresh and spacious.
You will have the master bedroom. Again, nice and bright, and a great sized room with two big built in wardrobes.
Plenty of storage space throughout the house.
Cleaner comes every two weeks and the place is kept clean and tidy.
It's on a quiet street with off street parking.
The bus stop is just across the road and Rutherglen train station is a 5 minute walk away from which you can be in the city centre in under 10 mins and the West End in under 15. The motorway is only 3 mins away in the car.
Main Street is just past the train station, and in the other direction, a big Tesco is less than a 5 minute walk away.
On the street perpendicular, there's a nice cafe shop that does all breakfasty type things/rolls etc - very tasty! and also a newsagent.
It's a great location, handy for everything and nice and quiet at night.
I'm looking for someone who will appreciate and enjoy the place.
No smokers I'm afraid and it is not a party house.
Also, my fiancé, Yemisi, will be here from time to time as she works between here and London.
