We have a furnished spare double room available in our, Quiet, Clean flat.
There are great transport links into Glasgow or East Kilbride with buses frequent in both direction, also Burnside railway station is within ten minutes walking distance.
The flat has been newly refurbished comprising of a living area & balcony (for smokers if needs be) overlooking the City of Glasgow.
A new fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath & shower.
We like to have a chilled out environment, clean and quiet but friendly, the room is suited to students or hard working professionals looking for a quiet clean place to stay for minimum of 3 months perhaps longer all being well. (Ignorant arrogant people need not apply) we are looking for easy going laid back people who are reliable and friendly.
We occasionally may have a friend over at weekends, having someone over at weekends is something which We have no issues with should you wish to do the same. As long as they are respectful of the flat and us (including our young son)
The rent includes all utility bills and council tax.
Must be ok with Children and happy to be PVG Disclosure checked if required.
