My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to move in. The flat is located in Rutherglen. 5 minute walk away from the train station and a 12 minute train into Glasgow City Centre.
Flat is unfurnished but I do have some bits of furniture about. Flat has two bathrooms so you’d have your own bathroom. Flat is on first floor, has parking out the back, and neighbours are lovely.
Looking for someone relatively tidy and clean and who is happy to socialise as flatmates.
I work full time in hospitality, very respectful of others’ space, love a night out and reading in my spare time
