Hello, I'm just out of a relationship & looking to rent out my spare room. Available ASAP. There is a spare room with a pull out bed. The room was used for storage but it is now becoming a 2nd bedroom. As of right now the room has the bare minimum but included will be a single bed & Television. Everything including rent comes to £270. Included is rent, Electricity, Broadband(Fibre), Council Tax. Food will be purchased on you're own. As the room was storage the room it hasn't had the best Upkeep but if you wish to pay extra for new flooring/Wallpaper then you have my permission to do so.
