I’m working away between late October and possibly up to end of February and have a great double room to rent w/king size bed in a lovely big flat in heart of Shawlands.
For those who don’t know the area, it’s great. Walking distance from everything - shops, pubs, cracking restaurants, epic park, three train stations and buses to central/other parts of southside. Street parking available.
The flat is on first floor. Alongside the room there is a large cosy living room, large fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath and good storage space.
You will be sharing with one other - a working professional who will be looking after the place while I’m away. We will both be keen to meet you beforehand if you are interested.
Included in the price are all bills - so £600 is an all-inclusive monthly rent.
