I'm looking for another, preferably male, professional (not looking for students, sorry) to move into the second double room from 9th November in a lovely wee flat in Shawlands.

My friend who is moving abroad, owns the flat and has lived there for a few years - so the place is very well looked after!

The open plan kitchen / living room makes the flat feel very cosy & welcoming when you come back from work. It's also fully furnished and lots of kitchen utensils / equipment you can use.

As my room has an en-suite, you will have main use of the bathroom, unless we have guests over.

BILLS INCLUDED (all gas/electric, broadband, council tax, and factor fees). The only one not included is TV license (only about £6.50 / month each)

Local amenities:
Pollokshaws East station (into town in about 10 mins) is right across the road. Tesco/Papa John's literally downstairs, delicious independent ice-cream shop across the road. And the beautiful Queen's Park and all the amazing cafés and restaurants in the South Side just a short walk away. There is free street parking just a few minutes walk away.

I'm fairly chilled out, 26 y/o physio, recently moved down to South side and loving it. I mainly work 8.40-4.30 but sometimes work an evening a week and the occasional weekend shift.
I'm a musician in my spare time (guitar/singer-songwriter) so would be cool if you were into art too.
I like to have the flat be a chilled out space to relax after work, so it won't be a massive party flat - but I do enjoy having people round to hang out or for food/drinks - feel free to do the same.
