Looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely flat in Shawlands, Glasgow from now for the next 6 months! (FLEXIBLE W/ DATES) Rent is £450 a month and that includes all bills, council tax, tv, internet etc. Plus a couple of extra £££ here and there for loo roll, cleaning etc.
