Room In Lovely 2 Bed Flat

Hey there! I am looking for a flat mate for a minimum of 3 months and happy to enter an agreement with a contract of a maximum of 6 months (this can be automatically renewed). The bedroom is not very big (12 sq. m) but the flat is lovely with big living area and dining table. The flat is in a highly popular residential complex right next to Queen's Park and 10-15 minutes walk from Pollok Park and Linn Park and it also includes private gardens. The area is highly accessible by public transport and NextBike and Co_Wheels are available around the corner. Room is furnished with double bed, desk and armchair, carpet on wooden floor and bedside table (photos available on request); please let me know if you have any preferences so I can re arranged as required. I am abroad most of the year and need someone who is responsible and look after the flat and plants while I am away. Based on your interest to act as a 'temporarily warden' during the periods I will be abroad, I'd consider negotiate the monthly price. Unfortuantely it's impossible for me to get you around for tea because of restrictions but I'd be happy to video chat, have a digital tea and show you the flat and tell you how great this area is! :)
