A double room within a Victorian townhouse.

Comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Looking for a non-smoking professional that will keep bedroom clean, has an easy going personality and has experience of living with more than two people.

As everyone works a variety of hours and professions, our house is peaceful and homely and that's how we want to keep it.

The house itself has loads to offer, a lovely cat, sauna, loft space and big garden as well as great house mates.

As for location, we are in Shawlands right by all the great local cafes and in-between both Pollock and Queens Park.

The rent £550 is all bills included.

We do not have an exact move in date, the room is free and ready to be moved into whenever. Its more important we find the right person that fits the house rather than filling a room.
