Double room in two bed flat

Looking for someone sound, tidy and respectful that's not gonna be on the sesh the whole time.
I like to socialise quite a bit but also enjoy my own space at times.
I manage a bar so my working times/days are pretty irregular, sometimes don't get home till late and sometimes need to be up early. I also brew beer in the house once every two months.
The flat is nice, gets loads of light, there's a great communal garden out the back and it's a really quiet area. Gotta be respectful of the neighbours.
I won't reply to all requests so don't take offense if you don't hear from me, I've heard there's a lot of people looking.
Tell me about yourself if you do, work, study, hobbies, favourite vegetable etc
Rental is through a letting agent so you'll have to go through financial checks and references.
