Sunny Double Room in Southside -ad updated

I have a bright and sunny double room available on the Southside (near Shawlands). The room includes a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe. I will be adding a chest of drawers for additional storage if needed. 

A little bit about the flat:

The top floor apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, one of them being a studio/gym/second living room space (I'm currently renovating that room, so I will post images once it's done). There is a large living room with a big TV (Prime, Netflix included), a 2-seater sofa (soon to be replaced by a new 3-seater one), a large dining table area, and working space. A good-sized kitchen equipped with a washing machine, cooking appliances, a coffee grinder and maker, etc. There is a good-sized bathroom. There is a private balcony with a coffee table and chairs and loads of storage space (internal and external), so if you have any bikes or big items, it won't be an issue to store them. We also share a south-facing back garden. 

A little bit about me:

I am a 31-year-old professional working in digital marketing. I mainly work from home, with occasional visits to the office. In my spare time, I go bouldering, running, and hiking. I like to cook good food and am planning to grow some herbs this summer on my balcony! I am vegan, so ideally I would like to live with someone a bit more environmentally conscious. I am looking for someone who is pretty chill and tidy and respects their own space. I don't mind the occasional dinner, movie night, or glass of wine with a flatmate, but I do understand everyone has their own thing going on. I am hoping to find someone with similar interests and hobbies. To clarify, this is not a party flat, so ideally I would like to live with like-minded people. 

I am willing to rent the room both short-term and long-term. The room is available from August.

Easy access to the city centre: the nearest bus stop is three minutes away, and the train station is ten minutes away.
