Short term let in Shawlands

I’m renting out my spare room on a lovely quiet street in Shawlands between December and February (dates to be discussed).

I am looking for a fellow professional and ideally someone who doesn’t work from home (due to the current size of communal spaces). You will often have the place to yourself at weekends so I am looking for someone I can really trust to keep the space clean and tidy. Ideally you will be a fellow, young professional with experience of flat sharing before. Clean, tidy, kind, and timely with rent payments is the ideal world. Not fussed on age or gender, but can guarantee you a place where personal boundaries are respected.

I’m 26 and work full time in the media. I enjoy watching a lot of TV and happy to introduce you to the world of my eclectic taste. I work from home mostly and am away at the weekend often. Sometimes my partner will stay over too. This is a proudly LGBT+ household (but of course open to anyone from all backgrounds).
