Room available with sound person

Terrible at wording these things. My last flatmate abandoned me to move back in with the rents so im looking for someone to fill the void. We lived together 3 years so i must be OK enough. Im a "live in landlord" apparently so that means no agencies etc i own the flat and live in it. Im pretty tidy (for a guy) i suppose, dont smoke, have a laugh etc but can respect your privacy plz god respect mine. No couples please i couldn't deal with the arguing. Easy going but dont get like 10 of your mates in on like a Tuesday for a mad sesh

THE FLAT: Two bedroom with a front garden in a bit of Pollokshaws about a 5 min walk from the main drag of Shawlands. I own it so im constantly upgrading stuff. The rooms a double room FURNISHED with a bed drawers and table. Bus stop to town is right next to the flat with easy parking if your lucky enough to drive

THE PRICE: 400 all bills included i have sky tv and all insurances (home contents so if we get burgled or set on fire ill get you a new xbox basically)
