This is non refundable should you cancel the move last minute causing me inconvenience or change your mind about staying until the end the agreed date. No exceptions, sorry. Willing to take couple's as it's a very short term lease however, a few stipulations would have to be in place for that to happen and the rent cost would be higher as obviously bills will be higher, this is not a negotiation. Please ask for details. Council tax is not
included, but everything else is.
Very well maintained tenement building, first floor. Communal garden.
Lots of local amenities, lidl, Sainsbury's, superdrug, Morrison's, Aldi, poundshops, pubs bars and restaurants a plenty!
Several parks close by too. Train station 2 mins walk away and bus stops about the same distance.

Live in landlord currently on maternity leave, has a moderately active social life and a small dog called Archie.
Archie is as much a part of this flat as i am so if you don't like dog's, can't cope with him coming to visit you in your room, i suggest this flat is not for you. He's non casting, doesn't smell of doggy either. He's very affectionate and friendly and loves a cuddle and a play.

I have a large living room and large kitchen. A small but well formed bathroom, shower overbath, central heating, and you would have your own fridge and freezer to use.
I like space and time to myself but equally i enjoy some social time with roommates. I like a tidy house, it gets cleaned at least once a week, floors, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. Anyone living here would be expected to do that also, taking turns each week.
I love to cook and bake and regularly like to cook for people, roommate included!
I do not want overnight guests in my flat, this I cannot negotiate with, I just don't like strangers in my house.
I will provide your duvet and pillows( brand new) and i do have some bedding available too.
I want you to feel at home here, and feel free to watch TV and DVDs etc, just clean/tidy after yourself. It's a large kitchen and is a great space to cook and bake everyday.
I love my vintage, antique, kitsch furniture and housewares, as you can see from the pics.
I have a heated drying rack for your clothes that can be used exclusively in your room.
Rent is due on the 1st
of the month or the day you move in, whatever is sooner.
