I am looking for a lodger for the second bedroom of my flat.

I will be working away from home - meaning you would have the flat to yourself a lot of the time. I am looking for somebody clean and tidy who i can trust to take care of it for me while im away :) It's a pet- free, smoke-free flat.

The flat is well located in central Shawlands with views over Queens Park and a 6 minute regular train into town from Crossmyloof station. There are also lots of lovely shops, restaurants, cafes and bars in Shawlands itself.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who'd like to stay longer term (at least a year).

To say a little about myself: I am a friendly 29 year old NHS worker who enjoys cooking, sewing, hillwalking, yoga and swimming (and finds describing herself oddly cringey!). I've lived in flat shares before so am used to sharing space and would say I'm a good flatmate :)
