Room for rent

One single bedroom for rent as me and my partner recently separated and I cannot afford to maintain the tenancy alone.
Full rent is 350 a month plus bills, we can go half on the bills so we are doing things equally, buy our own food shopping.

Flat has one bathroom so this will be shared, your room has a single bed in and a chest of drawers (though needing one drawer repaired) the flat and room do need slight work such as I don't have curtains up in the room at this moment. Not gonna lie the flat is a lil messy but i call it controlled chaos, it just needs a little TLC iv been having a rough time but will get it fixed up.

About me:-
I have 2 dogs, a jack russell and a miniature jack russell and id like for you to help with their care as i work 24 hour shifts and so if you cant help me im going to have to get rid of them :( Im also a type 1 diabetic just to warn you as im prone to bouts of bad health (really selling myself here lol) I also do drag so if this is an issue dont apply as this is a fear of mine that somebody might move in who isn't comfortable with my choices.

Flat has a kitchen with washing machine your welcome to use and there are communal washing lines out back. Wifi is paid for im happy to cover that bill if you chip in for electric/gas and buy your own food. Gas and electric is billed not a meter. I don't have a tv aerial as I stream everything online through the tv, but your welcome to get one fitted. Anything else feel free to ask. I need a flatmate ASAP or im going to have to forfit my tenancy and my healthcare and job are here in Glasgow.

I work 24 hour shifts and have a hectic social life so not home all that frequently.

Flat has regular buses to city centre and Silverburn and also 2 nearby train stations. Local village has a Spar, Greggs, McDonalds, Sainsburys, Subway, KFC and Dominos
