I have a double room fully furnished for Rent in Glasgow tollcross area. Everything brand new as room was used as storage before hand. Short term let's available also (£120p/w) Secure off street parking behind building and well lit. Flat is close to multiple train and bus links for city centre and for drivers the M74 is right on the doorstep. The house has shared living/kitchen open plan set up which is currently being organised to fit complete new appliances and units so possibility of some short term disruptions during refit but no plans set in stone yet. The flat has a shared bathroom however Mostly you will have to yourself as I have an ensuite so only use the main bathroom for my baths - this is also about to be completely ripped out and all new suite tiles etc fitted but work will be complete before anyone moves in. All bills are included as well as broadband. Short or long term rental accepted. Area has plenty of shops/bars/supermarkets within walking distance :-)
